Shipping & Returns

All items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (unless otherwise specified).  To keep shipping costs low we use USPS and Canada Post for standard shipping within the United States and Canada, and Asendia tracked shipping for international orders. To have an item express shipped internationally please contact [email protected] and we can arrange it :)

For local pickup in Toronto use the discount code "LOCALPICKUP" in the checkout. Orders can be picked up at 100% Silk Shop located at 1190 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON during regular store hours. Please contact [email protected] to arrange a pick up time.

RETURNS We will exchange or refund all non-sale items if posted by trackable mail or courier within 7 days of receipt. Item must arrive within 30 days of receipt.

Please notify us via e-mail why the item is being returned and if you would like an exchange, store credit or refund. Returns will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed. Please allow up to 10 days for returns to appear on your credit card statement/Paypal account.
